The service

Online Visibility Report, operated by Feedbach AS (org. no. 933393585), produces an online-visibility report about a business, brand, product or service that you specify. The report is generated automatically using web research and AI, and is intended for business and professional use.

Subjects must be organizations, not individuals

You may only request reports about an organization, brand, product or service. You may not use the service to research, profile or score a private individual. By placing an order you confirm that the subject is not a natural person and that you have a legitimate business reason for the report. We may refuse or block any request whose subject appears to be an individual.

Automated and AI-generated content

Reports are produced, by automated systems and AI, from publicly available sources. They are provided for information only, on an "as is" basis. They may contain errors, omissions or out-of-date information, are not professional, legal or financial advice, and should be verified before you rely on them.

Price and payment

A report is available in three tiers: Basic (€89), Pro (€179) and Pro+ (€349), plus VAT where applicable. The price for the tier you select is shown before payment. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location. Payment is handled by Stripe; a receipt is issued for each purchase.

Right of withdrawal and immediate delivery

If you are a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven).

Because the report is digital content that we begin producing as soon as you order it, you are asked, at checkout, to expressly consent to us starting immediately and to acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once generation has begun. We confirm this in your order confirmation. Once we have started generating your report, the order can no longer be withdrawn or refunded as of right.

This does not affect your statutory rights if something goes wrong. If a report fails to generate, or is materially defective, contact us at support@online-visibility-report.eu and we will re-run it or refund you.

Websites that block automated visitors

We measure the subject's website by fetching it the same way a search engine or an AI assistant does. Some sites turn automated visitors away — through a firewall, bot protection or a robots rule. When that happens we cannot read the pages, so the report is delivered without a website score and without the checks that need page content. Everything that does not depend on reading the site is still produced and delivered.

Please check that the site accepts automated visitors before you order. A site that blocks them while the report is being generated is a finding about that site, not a defect in the report, and is not in itself grounds for a refund. The report states plainly that the site could not be retrieved, and what was attempted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, not to use it for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to use it to profile or target individuals. You are responsible for how you use the reports you generate.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned, and we are not liable for decisions you take based on a report. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Data protection and governing law

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy. These terms are governed by the law of Norway, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU/EEA consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
